ensure on-time aircraft missions for an aircraft maintenance composite of
over 200 personnel in a culmination of maintenance environments ergo,
Aircraft hydraulics, Electrical/Environmental, Rig and Repair, Phase Dock
Inspections, Avionics, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), Egress, Engines
and Propulsion, Non-destructive Inspection (NDI), Supply support, and Tool
Room.

Air Combat Command Headquarters’ Acquisition, Management,
and Integration, Centers’ Contract Officer’s Representative (Quality
Assurance Evaluator). Included AGE, Petroleum/oils/ lubrication (POL),
Supply, Vehicle operations and maintenance, and Traffic Management Office
(TMO)
· Assigned as Contract Officer’s
Representative for Southern Commands’ Air Force South Command Counter
Narcotics Forward Operating Location, Willemstad Curacao. Provided
Government qualitative, safety, and environmental oversight for $200
million dollar base operations support contract while sustaining government
assets. Provided on-time counter narcotic reconnaissance missions by
ensuring all logistical contractual obligations were met in direct support
for White House, State Department, and Department of Defense operations.

Air Force Central Command AGE, Tanks, Adapter, and Pylon
Program Manager and Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE)/Contract Officer’s
Representative
· Managed entire Air Force Central
Command (AFCENT) Area of Responsibility (AOR) War Reserve Material (WRM)
asset preservation program. Duties included, but limited to,
validating government contractors’ ability to sustain government assets as
required by cohesive agreements between applicable parties. Audited
contractor’s ability to maintain assets ready-to-deploy status, cold
storage configurations, and intercontinental asset transfers within the AOR
via Air Force occupational safety and health, OSHA, and OEBG
regulations. Analyzed contractor required reportable metrics for
accuracy and timely upload allowing for AFCENT leadership ad-hoc
queries.
July 2005 – October 2010 40+ hrs work week
AGE Flight Production Control, Inspection and Repair,
Servicing/Pick-up/Delivery, and Production Superintendent.
· Sustained AGE section operations
above Major Commands expectations. Ensured 100 percent inspection and
maintenance effectiveness of 400+ assets with quality and safe
production. Managed, mentored and trained 100+ personnel.
Awarded one Accommodation medal, two Achievement medals, and one
Meritorious Service medal for local time on station activities. Also,
awarded Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) Maintenance Manager of the
Year; First Sergeants Associations’ SNCO of the Quarter and Maintenance
Squadron SNCO of the Quarter. Personally, lauded by the Air Mobility
Command General for ‘job well done’ done during the Biennial Air Mobility
Command International Aircraft sortie (mission) Competition.
July 2004 – July 2005 40+ hrs work week
Aerospace Ground Equipment Combat AGE Team Leader
· Deployed to Korea and held the
assistant Combat AGE Team (CAT) Leader. Managed all daily inspection,
repair, and delivery operations for thirteen personnel and 160
assets. Squadron Safety Non-commissioned officer. Instituted
quality measures for maintenance schedule effectiveness; Awarded
Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for the 51st Maintenance Squadron. Won
Safety Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year.
July 2001 – July 2004 40+ hrs work week
United States Air Force Thunderbird Team Member
· Performed minor inspections,
maintenance, and after-the-fact quality inspections on 42 Thunderbird AGE
pieces assigned to the Team. Acted as The Thunderbirds primary aircraft tow
and show-smoke facilitator.
· Promoted against 32 Team members to
the number “7” aircraft Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief. Performed all
aircraft preflight, thru-flight, and post flight inspections and
maintenance actions.

AGE Combat AGE Team Leader
· Led as Combat AGE Team section
assistance Non-commissioned Officer in Charge for of 30 personnel
performing inspection, repair, and delivery operations for all Transient
Aircraft at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska.
Deployed
to Panama City, Panama in support of Air Force South Commands’ South
(AFSOUTH) America Counter Narcotics Division. Performed asset
maintenance and delivery functions for all reconnaissance aircraft//Lauded
by the installation commander for tiring efforts put forth for mission success.
Deployed
to Panama City, Florida in support of AFSOUTH for a second time.
Provided AGE support of six airframes with 42 assets. 100 percent
mission effectiveness during a 45 day deployment.
Served as AGE
processing manger during all phase deployment exercises. Ensured all
applicable documentation, equipment measurements, and serviceability were
quality checked for on-time aircraft load while negating any equipment
processing time frustrations.
February 1996 – February 1998 40+ hrs work week
AGE Flight Shift leader
· Managed a shift of ten personnel in
a deployed environment with support actions for over 140 aircraft
July 1992– March 1994 40+ hrs work week
Aerospace Ground Equipment Apprentice.
· Deployed to Daharan, Saudi Arabia in
support of Operation Vigiliant Warrior, Southern Watch. Performed
inspection and repair actions on over 300 pieces of equipment in six months
with zero aircraft delays due to Maintenance actions.
